The picture developer:
The part of the X-RAY is the automatic developing station for X-RAY films named NOVA film processor 7070/100 manufactured by GE Inspection Technologies. This equipment together with the working station YXLON MU 2000 fulfiles the most demanding requests for the radiography and the radioscopy for the aviation industry.

2. PENETRATION LINE

The pentration line brand TIEDE is the semiautomatic testing equipment for testing parts with the maximum size 800x450x600 mm and the maximum weight 100 kg. The equipment is made of the eight stations set up in the line and works in the semiautomatic way, so it is possible to independently set up working sequences of the single stations. Tested parts are put in the transport baskets, which are manually moved between the stations on the roller track.

The kinds of used preparations :

• Fluorescent penetrant for the cappillary tests - ARDROX 985P12

• Surface activated substances - emulsifier - ARDROX 9 PR12

• Powder developer for the fluorescent penetrants - ARDROX 9D4A

Those kinds of preparations are approved for the aviation industry.
Testing by the submerge are evaluated under UV lamp.

3. PACKING EQUIPMENT -   INSTAPAK ® SP Insight BT

Quick , easy and many-sided packing of the serial production to the polyurethane foam Instapak. Perfect protection against vibrations during transportation. Packing of big and small, fragile, heavy and to the shape very complex parts.

Preparation usage: Liquid mix of the polyurethan resin for usage in the dosing foam equipment Instapak for manufacture of the protective PU packing.
